Making a Positive Impact

As a personal trainer with a background in professional dance, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier mind and body connection. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, fitness goals and more importantly, activities you already love doing. Working out has always been scary for me, but Tre has helped me break so much of my stigma against it. I used to dread exercising, but now I actually look forward to our work out sessions together. He brings grace, joy, and compassion into every session and creates a no-judgement space. He empowers me to push myself in an encouraging way, always brings a positive energy, and I always leave our sessions with a smile on my face (and a lot of sweat!). I feel like I can fully trust him to plan the best workouts for me: Each week feels like a good balance and pace to help build up my strength and stamina in a reasonable way. I've already noticed my strength increasing and most importantly, I feel more grounded in my body because of his coaching. Tre is the best trainer out there and I recommend him to everyone I know
